Fried Tilapia Recipe
Ingredients:
- Tilapia
- salt
- cooking oil for frying
Cooking Procedure:
- Clean and scale the tilapia. Rub salt all over the tilapia.
- In a frying pan, heat enough oil and fry tilapia on each side until golden brown.
- Put on a platter and serve with ketchup, toyomansi or your favorite dipping sauce.
