Egg-citing Under the Sea Adventure on Easter Sunday 2019

Have an egg-citing Under the Sea Adventure on Easter Sunday, April 21, 2019 at Eton Centris!

There’s gonna be lots of games and activities for the kids! Watch out for the special participation of our favorite under the sea characters. Loot bags are up for grabs for the first 300 kids.

GENERAL MECHANICS:

• This promotion is open to all children, two (2) to 12 years old. ALL children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• From March 27 – April 21, 2019, those who want to attend the EGG-CITING UNDER THE SEA ADVENTURE must dine or shop in any of the establishments at ETON Centris with a single receipt or accumulated receipt purchase of Php 1,000.00.
• One (1) single receipt or accumulated receipt purchase of Php 1,000.00 is equivalent to one (1) event pass for one (1) child.
• Php 1,000 : 1 Event Pass : 1 Child

REGISTRATION:

• Pre-registration is from April 12 – 18, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Centris Station.
• Walk-in registration is on April 21, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM only at the Centris Walk.
• Receipt/s shall be submitted to the Registration Booth and to be verified by the Registration Personnel.
• Registration Personnel reserves the right to validate receipts. Defaced, crumpled, tampered, photocopied and receipts smaller than the actual size will not be honored.
• Only the first 300 participants will receive a loot bag.
• Once receipts are verified, he/she will receive an event pass and stubs to participate in other activities.
• No event pass, No entry.
• Parents/Guardians have the option to register their child for the Costume Contest upon registration. Contest judging will be done during the event proper.
• Adult supervision is ALWAYS needed.
• Re-entry is allowed provided that event pass is secured and not tampered.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• A maximum of 300 attendees can join the EGG-CITING UNDER THE SEA ADVENTURE.
• No event pass, No entry.
• Children to be registered above the maximum number will no longer receive loot bags. They can still join the games and activities.
• Registration Personnel reserves the right to validate receipts. Defaced, crumpled, tampered, photocopied and receipts smaller than the actual size will not be honored.
• Re-entry is allowed provided that event pass is secured and not tampered.
• Upon entry to ETON Centris, attendees agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the promotion.
• Decisions made by the Centris Marketing shall be final and irrevocable. Any dispute to the decisions will have to be filed thru a written report and to be reviewed by the AVP for Centris Operations.
• Eton Properties Philippines Inc. reserves the right to withdraw any award and/or cash prize at any time should the participant/s violate the rules and regulations and/or damage the reputation of Eton Properties Philippines Inc. and/or any of the companies under the Lucio Tan Group.
• All EPPI employees, concessionaires, and affiliates up to the second level of affinity and consanguinity are not qualified to join the costume contest.
