This Corn Dog Recipe with breadcrumbs is a classic fair treat that’s easy to make at home! No one can deny the crispy, slightly sweet, perfectly fried lure of a corn dog. You kids will definitely love it!
Corn Dog with Breadcrumbs Recipe
- 4 cups of Flour
- 1 tbsp of Salt
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 4-6 tbsp of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- In a bowl, combined all ingredients. Mix well to make a batter. Set aside
- Boil the hotdog.
- Coat the boiled hotdog with batter.
- Coat with bread crumbs.
- Fry in low medium flame until golden brown. Swirl around for even cooking.
- Then serve.
