Steamed Tilapia recipe is a pretty self explanatory dished. You just have to put the fish (tilapia) in the steamer and let it cooked. It’s usually served with steamed rice and choice of sawsawan such as calamansi, soy sauce and red chili.
Steamed Tilapia Recipe
- 1 medium tilapia
- 1 large onion
- 1 large tomato
- 25g butter
- 1 pc salted egg
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Place tomatoes, onion, butter and salted egg in an aluminum foil.
- Add some black pepper.
- Put the tilapia on top.
- Top with the same layer of ingredients.
- Seal the fish and throw in the steamer.
- Cook for 10 – 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
