
Chicken Fillet Ala King is a tasty and crispy chicken breast fries. It is a very easy & simple recipe with tender chicken meat, some spices, sauces and bread crumbs. Chicken Fillet Ala King Recipe
Ingredients:
For chicken fillet:
• chicken breast
• flour & seasoning
• breadcrumbs
For ala king sauce:
• diced carrots & spring onions
• 1/4 butter
• evaporated milk
• all purpose cream
Cooking Procedures:
For chicken fillet:
1. Marinate the chicken breast (using your own preference of flavor but we use mince garlic, egg, lemon, salt&pepper, flour & constarch)
2. After marinating the chicken for 30mins, roll it into breadcrumbs and coat evenly.
3. Lastly, fry them.
For ala king sauce:
1. In a hot sauce pan put 1/4 butter and dissolve it but be careful not to burn it.
2. Add & sautee the carrots.
3. Add flour and chicken cubes.
4. Add a cup of water and wait for it to boil.
5. Add evaporated milk and all purpose cream. Boil it until you get the desired consistency.
6. Add spring onions.
