This fast, easy and delicious Chicken Asparagus recipe is a perfect meal for your lunch or weeknight dinner.
Chicken Asparagus recipe
- 250grams chicken breast
- 200 grams baby asparagus
- 2 tsbp oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1tbsp flour
- Chopped garlic
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes mix all the ingredients – chopped garlic,oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Before frying (grilling can be an option too) add flour. Use olive oil, fry the marinate chicken breast. Set aside.
- On the bowl where we marinate the chicken breast, add half a cup of water, half tablespoon of flour and 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. In the same pan, stir fry the baby asparagus for 1-2 minutes, stir only, we don’t want it to overcooked.
- Add the mix sauce and the chicken. Stir well and served. You can add sesame seeds for garnishing.
