Learn to make two kinds of butter cream. Make your butter cream flowers with the new silky eggless butter cream. We will also teach you how to bake the perfect chiffon cake then cover it with an easy swiss meringue variation, no-melt, silky smooth egg less butter cream and decorate it with the flowers that you made. Learn the secrets of butter cream.

Workshop fee: 4,750.00 inclusive of ingredients and packaging.
Bring your own tips, bags and couplers. Tip#5, 10, 80, 103, 104, 233, 352, 3 decorating bags, 3 couplers and 1 flower nail and scissors.
